Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is comprised of eleven people who administers the Co-op’s business. Only two of these people may be chosen among individuals who are not members of the Co-op. Each Director has a two-year mandate. The Directors meet as often as Co-op business requires, but at least ten times a year.

Executive

President – Robert Delage President – Richard S. Matte
He chairs General Meetings and Board of Director Meetings, assures compliance with club rules, and oversees the implementation of decisions taken at these Meetings.

Vice-president – Robert Delage
In the event that the President is absent or cannot otherwise fulfill his duty, the Vice-President has the powers of and assumes the duties of the President.

Tresurer – Sandra Koepper
He is in charge of and responsible for the Cooperative’s funds and accounting records. The Treasurer and President sign all contracts, acts, leases or other documents requiring formal execution by the Cooperative.

Secretary – Sylvain Giguere
He is responsible for the issuance of Notices for and writing the Minutes of General Meetings and Board of Director Meetings, for the keeping of Coop records, and for the safeguarding of its archives.
