Constitution and Club Rules

The Kensington Club, is a consumer co-operative created under Section 3 of the Loi sur les coopératives du Québec. Its constitution defines operating procedures related to its mission, the holding of general assembles, its board of directors, etc.

Members must comply with the Club Rules that aim to better regulate the actions of its members and their guests and ensure the quality of life for all.

For its part, the campground is governed by Campground rules.

What is a cooperative?
The fundamental values of a co-operative are the self-reliance and personal and mutual responsibility. Additionally important are democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. In the tradition of their founders, co-operative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, unselfishness and social responsibility.
